Terms of Service

Zel-Link Media provides Meta and TikTok advertising audits, campaign management, and related paid social services. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in a written agreement or proposal before work begins.

All fees are agreed upon in writing prior to the start of any paid engagement. Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Work begins only after written confirmation of fees — no surprises.

You agree to provide accurate account access, honest information about your business, and timely responses when we need input. Our ability to deliver results depends on the accuracy of what you share with us.

Advertising outcomes depend on many variables — platform algorithms, market conditions, creative quality, budget, and more — that are outside our direct control. We bring expertise and diligence to every engagement, but we cannot guarantee specific ROAS, revenue, or other performance outcomes.

Zel-Link Media's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advertising performance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved in Oklahoma courts.
